Meet Dr. Duane Grummons

Orthodontics is not only a career to me, but a true passion. It has been a privilege to help patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles over the course of my 35 years in this field. My interests in the field of facial symmetry and my commitment to patient care and innovative clinical approaches have helped thousands of young patients achieve their desired appearance and gain self-confidence. I love a good puzzle and helping people, so orthodontics is the perfect blend of problem-solving, and science that makes lasting impacts on people’s lives. Over the course of my career, I discovered the best way to make the biggest difference was to start sharing my knowledge and techniques with others. I am an Associate Professor of Orthodontics at The Loma Linda University Medical Center Orthodontic Department where I have the pleasure of teaching future orthodontists, new innovative techniques using the latest technology on the market. I have also had the pleasure of presenting to 23 orthodontic departments, in 43 states, and for many orthodontic management, pediatric sleep / airway, Invisalign, surgical, and 3D imaging conferences.

When I am not travelling for work, you’ll find me spending time with my wife, Trudy, and our large and growing family of 4 kids and several grandchildren. We also enjoy going to as many Seahawk games as a family and other activities together in our hometown of Spokane, WA.
